Ghost Tapping

Saturday night I got a call from my best friend 'Mary' who was in shock. She'd just found out her sister had killed herself with a gun. I had her come to my office the next morning for an impromptu tapping session.

Mary's sister had been mentally ill for most of her life and had made my friend's childhood a living hell. They hadn't spoken in ten years.  After about an hour of tapping, Mary's hurt, sadness and guilt were much reduced. So I asked if she'd like to try connecting with her sister 'in the Matrix'.

As a meeting place, she chose Yosemite Valley (a beautiful national park here in California) where they'd had a nice time together many years ago. I had Mary picture herself there and then we invited her sister's spirit to show up.

Almost always, spirits show up in a wonderful state of peace. Not this time! Mary said her sister was scared and confused - it was clear that she didn't realize she was dead! She hadn't gone off through that famous tunnel of white light yet. She was a ghost!

We began tapping on her sister, explaining what had happened, and that she was dead and there was nothing to fear anymore. I have to say, it got worse before it got better. Her sister began shape shifting and spinning about and Mary was pretty freaked out! But we kept tapping and pretty soon she was calming down.

I'm not sure this is true, but I got a feeling that she hadn't really meant to kill herself, she probably just wanted attention and was in a super dark place.

As her sister calmed down, I asked Mary who we could ask to come and collect her - to take her sister to the other side. She said their grandfather was very loving, and sure enough, he came right away. He held and reassured Mary's sister while she held onto him for dear life.

With some amazement, Mary saw her sister changing to younger and younger versions of herself, as grandfather held her. And suddenly their mom and Aunt were there (who had passed away). Even some of their childhood pets were showing up.

The scene changed to one of reunion and joy and Mary's sister apologized to her for all the dumb things she'd done.  Rather than going up a tunnel of light, Mary watched as they all merged with the flowing waters of Yosemite Falls, each becoming droplets in the rainbow mist.
